Proposed assessment model

Evidence before endorsement.

Professional ratings will require a defined assessment scope, traceable records and an independent publication decision.

01

Define what was assessed

Identify the facility, component, process boundaries and applicable requirements.

02

Connect findings to records

Link checklist answers to relevant inspection, audit, material or transaction evidence.

03

Review, publish and refresh

Show verified scope, assessment date, limitations and evidence coverage alongside the result.

Proposed checklist weights · version 1

QMS & technical governance30%
Engineering, manufacturing & inspection35%

Weights describe the proposed methodology, not a supplier’s score. Missing assessments will display “Not yet rated.” Critical findings and restrictions will remain visible regardless of the numerical result.

Planned contributor rewards

Your experience can help others choose well.

A proposed gift-card program to thank contributors for useful, honest feedback.

Planned · not yet accepting submissions

Share feedback. Earn a thank-you.

Eligible contributors will be able to receive a gift card after their submission meets the published participation criteria.

Positive, mixed and negative experiences will be equally eligible. Rewards will never depend on a favorable rating.

Gift-card value, availability, eligibility and limits will be announced before the program opens.

How participation will work

  • Choose a feedback campaign: platform usability or a first-hand supplier experience.
  • Describe what happened, when and within which product or service scope.
  • Complete identity and eligibility checks; supply supporting evidence where requested.
  • Receive a gift card after eligibility approval, subject to the published campaign limits.

Credible feedback comes first

  • One reward per eligible submission within campaign limits; duplicate submissions will be excluded.
  • Incentivized supplier feedback will be clearly labeled when published.
  • Disclose relevant relationships and follow your employer’s gift policy.
  • Reward eligibility and supplier assessment scores will be reviewed separately.

Program setup will include campaign budgets, reward limits, independent review and a fulfillment record. Feedback collection and gift-card delivery are not active yet.
